These Terms of Service govern your use of https://falcksfeeding.com and any consultation or coaching services provided by Falck's Feeding LLC (Eagle, Idaho, United States). By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

Falck's Feeding LLC provides feeding coaching and education for parents and guardians of children and teens ages 6–18 who experience ARFID or extreme picky eating. Services include an initial consultation call and, where a fit exists, ongoing paid coaching programs. Program details, length, and pricing are agreed in writing before any engagement begins.

Our coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace advice from your child's physician, dietitian, feeding coach, or other licensed provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your child's medical condition, nutrition, or safety. If your child is in a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Every child and family is different. Any timelines, testimonials, or outcomes described on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result for your family.

Information you submit must be accurate and must be provided by the parent or legal guardian of the child in question. Consultation slots are limited; we may reschedule or decline an appointment at our discretion. Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and SMS about your consultation and our services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Initial consultations are free. Fees for coaching programs are disclosed before enrollment and are due according to the payment terms in your coaching agreement. Refunds, where offered, are governed by that agreement.

All content on this website — including video, text, frameworks, and materials shared during coaching — is owned by Falck's Feeding LLC and provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falck's Feeding LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
