Falck's Feeding LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a feeding coaching practice based in Eagle, Idaho, United States. • Information you give us. When you complete our consultation application we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, your time zone, your child's age range, and the description you write about your child's feeding difficulties, along with the consultation time you select.
• Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through our website hosting and analytics.
• Advertising data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It records page views and whether a consultation was scheduled.

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on your consultation.
• To contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your inquiry and our coaching services.
• To prepare for your consultation using the details you shared about your child.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and measure our advertising.

By submitting your phone number through our application form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Falck's Feeding LLC relating to your consultation and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at kenzie@falcksfeeding.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and who are bound to protect it — including our scheduling and customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel), our website hosting and database provider, and our messaging and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep application and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business obligations. Information is stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing kenzie@falcksfeeding.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and from text messages by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Our website and services are directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about a child is provided by the parent or guardian who submits the application.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
